Dear colleagues....
Civil Service Bureau website is a wide opened site that enables the employee, the applicant, the citizen, the administrator at any position, and the researchers to overview the Jordanian civil service bureau, and preview information, legislation, regulation, and procedures about everything related to its business and what concerned his/her interest.
The achieved effort of the Civil Service Bureau employees represents the trend of transparency to develop services and assure the standards of integrity to our clients.
This site is a product of a continued effort of the staff of CSB, and it is an accomplishment which reflects the picture that represent the directions of renovation and the use of technology to develop the reality of services and information and its transparency before citizens.
The website and its content constitute a direct and easy service, which alleviates the burden, hardships, and the costs on applicants, for direct service, especially for citizens in government departments, universities, governorates, and in any location inside and outside Jordan, and in near the future, the applicants will be able to apply through this site and without the need to come to the bureau, as for the employee to follow up his/ her issues and for citizen to submit his/her complain or suggestions to department to follow up with updates and for everyone to use this site and benefit from its services through all means of available communications (through national network or public schools and any other private entity.
